Can't open attachments in Entourage 2008

Hi,

I recently installed Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac. When I open Entourage, I am able to open the mail attachments from my Yahoo account but I am not able to open the attachments. I am not that familiar with the terms in setting the account. Your assistance will be highly appreciated. Thanks

I have the new Microsoft 2008 for Mac Book and could not open any attachment with Entourage (Word, Excel, PDF, etc. ..) I just called Microsoft to help me and here is the point, near Entourage
1. Go to your hard drive
2. Click on the library
3. Click on preferences
4. Click on the Microsoft document (blue)
5. Click on your source file
6. Microsoft 2008 should be there, put it in the trash and empty the Trash
7. Start Entourage again and try to open an attachment, it must work!

First, close all Office applications (like Messenger). Then go to Applications -> Office 2008 -> Office -> Database Utility Microsoft. This problem occurs because Entourage 2008 for Mac to open attachment with the default set application . To open in a different application than the one that currently opens automatically. Try the following steps :
1. Save a sample file that has a type & creator code assigned to it, to the Desktop
2. If the file does not have a file extension, add it.
3. Select the file and "Get Info" from the "File" menu.
4. In the "Open With" section, select the app you wish to make the default and click "Change All".
5. Remove the file extension from the filename and repeat steps 3 and 4.
