A problem has been detected with the Microsoft Office Installation

Hi,

I installed the trial version of Office and then upgrade to full version, download online on my mac pc. It installs fine, but when I try to run any Office program, a message that says "A problem has been detected with the installation of Microsoft Office. Try running the Office installer again to solve the problem" . I have reinstalled at least 5 times, and I still get the same message. I uninstalled and then installed office. I restarted my computer. Nothing will make the message disappears. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

This is not the normal error message. Our proposals to install / upgrade issues are only with the physical media. Your Exchange e-mail on the server, simply synchronize a backup. If you mail in folders "on my computer" that data is not affected by the installation. Your data is stored in a "Main Identity" at this location: ~ / Documents / Microsoft User Data / Office 2008 Identities folder.

Exactly follow the steps under the guidance of MS
- In the Finder, select / Applications / Microsoft Office 2008/Office/OfficePID.plist, and then on the File menu, click Move to Trash.
- Select / Users / username / Library / Preferences / Microsoft / Office 2008 settings.plist 2008/Microsoft Offi ce, and then on the File menu, click Move to Trash.
- On the Apple menu, click Restart.
- After your computer restarts, open any Office 2008 application.
The Office Setup Assistant opens.

1. Remove the Office 2008 folder in the Applications folder.
2. Delete the 2008 Microsoft Office Settings.plist. This file is in the following folder:
