Pinnacle 12 installation problems

Let's see if someone can help me, please. I'm trying to install the pinnacle 12 but there is some registry issue which saying me that i had already installed the latest version, uninstall the previous version before installing this. But in my vista i haven't installed any version of pinnacle , any ideas how can remove remove registry entry for pinnacle installation? mp

What is the exact error message you getting?
Are you using windows vista x64?
Which firewall you are using? sometimes you need to turn off the firewall to install some programs.

Right Click on the setup file and Run it as Administrator. If it doesn't works then try some registry cleaner software to clean the unwanted and unnecessary registry entries. I'll recommend to use CCleaner to scan your registry. Download the latest version from this link: Download CCleaner

I think you need to install the .netframework pinnacle 12 , its requirements is .NET FRAMEWORK 3, and ya before installing you should download the .NET FRAMEWORK 2 before trying to install 3.5 or 3. It's a prerequisite. And ya you need to have Vista SP1 for this. Read the system requirements below:

Grab the fresh installation setup file, may be the one you have is corrupted. But about the error you saying is the definitely a registry conflict you must try a registry cleaner. You might try installing from a new administrative user account, might be a conflict just in that user account.
