In order to transfer files from your phone to your computer, follow these steps:-

    • On the left hand side of your display, you should see "pictures, audio files, video files and all files."
    • Select pictures.
    • Under the "Mobile Phone view", on the right hand side of your computer's display, select the directory where the picture is stored you would like to transfer.
    • Select the picture you would like to transfer.
    • Select the arrow pointing to the left, located between the "MY Computer and Mobile Phone Views".
    • Select Yes to confirm that you would like to copy the file to your computer.
    • You can transfer several files at once by selecting them while pressing the Ctrl key.
