Can you pass the extension .iso to extension .exe? If yes, then how but if no then why we can't and how to achieve this if in case we want such kind of operations to be done?

No, you can not.
ISO and EXE are 2 extensions that have nothing to do together so there is no conversion possible. It's not like converting a BMP to JPG for example.
- ISO is the image (gross?) of content of media (CD, D7, DD, ...)
- EXE is an executable
So nothing to see them
Thank you for the explanation. In fact, its that I can run inside gparted liveCD (.iso) without burning it on a magnetic medium? To format a partition on my computer.
So in that case, you install daemon tools on your PC and raise your ISO image.
Then you will create a virtual CD drive as if you had created a ISO CD image.
Thank you for your help, I think the daemon tool will help me even if I can not say it has resolved my problem. I found this while surfing about it on internet:
DAEMON Tools Pro Advanced Evaluation: Enables you to evaluate full Advanced software functionality.
Use variety of tools to work with image files, emulate up to 32 virtual SCSI drives and 2 virtual IDE devices and much more with advanced product possibilities. You can also burn disc images to all types of media: CD/DVD/HD DVD or Blu-ray. All you need working with images is in one application.
