You can use Active Directory search tool. The tool can be accessed from the Control Panel. It is located in Network and Internet options. Just run it and in the window of active directory search tool you can locate your multiple instances easily. It is simply and organized tool. You will see a drop down list of users, contacts, groups, etc.

Right click on the desktop and choose new shortcut. type the following in the box - %SystemRoot%\SYSTEM32\rundll32.exe dsquery,OpenQueryWindow and hit enter. Then run the shortcut. Here you can configure your search option the way you want. After configuring you can customized the search as you need. You can easily create your printers and shared folders.

The Active Directory windows can help you out. Just open it and then to search in the entire domain you can right click and choose the option of find. Add the keyword and click OK to search for the same. This the most basic and easy tool to search for user accounts. In the same way you can search for groups, contacts, etc.
