Video recording software

Hey!
Can someone suggest me a good, free video recording software - so that I can record everything what I am doing on my screen and so on. Video quality is important beacause I have tried CamStudio and Debut Video Capture Software but quality for them seems to be poor. Well, at least videos I have made are not so smooth, If you know what I mean (for an example mouse arrow in 1st second is in one place but after 1 second it is somewhere else and I can't see the way how it goes).

For quality make sure you have camera hardware with proper resolution and condition there is nothing wrong with CamStudio .also check setting for quality ..

The program saves the video on your hard drive as avi, wmv or many other file types. You can also capture a snapshot (video still) from a recording and save it to jpg.

Well, yea, for simple videos they are not so bad, but for game recording they are useless...
