Windows Mail in Vista home premium

Hello,
I had Windows Vista in my notebook (Acer Aspire 9425wsmi) and reinstall and put windows xp without formating. In the process I lost the emails.
Then I run easyrecovery program to recover the emails. I did'nt found the path for the email storage file but I got a lot of "eml" files.
Now I want to return to Windows Vista Home Premiun and I will use Windows mail again.

My question is how can I manage to put this "eml" files into Windows mail storage forder. I would be the unique posibility to have my emails.

Select all the eml file that you have recovered, Open Windows Vista's Windows Live Mail, select all the eml file and drag it on the Live mail and drop it in any folder in Live Mail. Thats it...
