Importing Google Reader subscriptions (RSS Feeds) in Outlook 2007

hi
i need small help with my outlook.i am having some Google Reader subscriptions that RSS Feeds i want to Import in Outlook 2007. so that i can directly access it from outlook when i want so please help me and tell how to Import Google Reader subscriptions (RSS Feeds) in Outlook 2007 ?

Whenever you see a link to a feed, or an RSS icon such as the one at the top of this page, just click. Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 will automatically subscribe you to that RSS Feed.

1. Go to Google Reader and find the the OPML file.
2. Open Outlook 2007.
3. At left pane, under Mail Folders, and right-click on RSS Feeds and Select Import an OPML File.
5. Click Next
6. select the feeds you wish to subscribe to.
7. Next.
8. click the Finish

Exporting Google Reader subscriptions

• Log in to Google Reader. In the left sidebar, click Manage my subscriptions.
• Go to Tab Import / Export, click the Export your subscriptions as an OPML file. Save this file on your computer.

Importing RSS feeds into Outlook

• Open Outlook. Click File then Import and Export. Choose the line Import RSS feeds from an OPML file and do Next.
• Locate the previously downloaded file using the Browse button, then click Next.
• Select the feed you want to import, or choose click Select All to import all flows. Click Next.
• click Finish.
• To view your subscriptions, pull down the tree RSS, and click one of them.
