Page Break Preview Problem

I have received an email from my client which is being made an Excel file in Excel 2007 and in that i am facing some issues like whenever i try to view the file then i am able to view it properly into three pages but as soon as i select Page Break Preview by clicking on View Button, over there it is showing me 6 pages instead of 3 pages. I already tried to clear print area and set page to A4, page layout set to and fit to, and also already tried scale but still not able to solve the issue.

It might happen that the printer which is being located at your clients place is different from your place because of which you are facing such issue or it might also happen that the printer settings might be different. In that case there is some issue with your printer not with your Excel file. In that case make some changes in your printer setting and have a check for the same.

In that case i would suggest you goto print setup and see that is your print setting a scale ( xx%) or have you set to Fit Page to x pages tall by 1 page wide because this might also be the reason because of which you are getting 6 pages instead of 3 pages. If you are still facing same issue then try to click on Microsoft Office Button, then click on Excel Options, and then click the Advanced tab. Over here click on select the Enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop check box, and then finally click on OK.
