Sony CRX230EE with iTunes not burning

I've been using a Sony CD-RW CRX230EE on my Windows XP box for sometime and all of a sudden I get a 'Burner/Software not found' when I attempt to burn a CD. The only thing that I can think of that may have changed my environment is that I ran CCleaner for the first time and Windows went thru an automatic update.
And I don't have the install disk that came with it. Help!

This problem mostly due to third party application like demon tool and other image application so check that which application recently you have uninstalled or installed so if you have uninstall any application do that with registry cleaner or remover application like cc cleaner

I really don't know which application was recently deleted and I have not recently added any application, except CCleaner. Are you saying that I should consider deleting CCleaner?

BTW, I am able to burn a CD using Nero, but not iTunes.

Still need help.
