When you open bookmarks in firefox window it display on left site if you want to display that bookmarks window on right site then you need to open userChrome.css file located in your profile folder, or create a new one by renaming userChrome-example.css. Then add these lines:

Using the addon RightBar, the Sidebar will be moved to the right side of Firefox.It worked fine on FF3. It Moves sidebar to the right side of the browser.After the install, you can move the sidebar to right side using this extension feature. Sidebar on the right allows more focus on the content of webpage being viewed as we read from ‘left to right.

You can move the sidebar to the right side of the window. Search for userChrome.css on your system and open it. Now scroll to the bottom of the file and add hbox#browser { direction: rtl; } hbox#browser > vbox { direction: ltr; }.
