Changing the hours/day for one category of tasks

I am trying to go through a manual with 10 sub sections, i wanted to assign 1 hour per section maximum 3 hours per day ( i have a total of 8 hour work day)
I tried assigning a calendar to the manual review tasks which included a 3hour per day, 15 per week and 23 per months. I linked all the tasks. I expected project to start the 4th task on the next day since the first three will complete the calendar day. it put the first 8 on the given date and tasks 9 and 10 to the next date.
    Help!!

What are you using, Outlook, then there will be a "Categorize" button right there on the ribbon. It is for me. While you are editing the view, change the option in Other settings to use the compact view when the width is below a specific size to a smaller size.

SOrry I wasnt very clear in my first post but thanks for replying, this is a MS project question. I am scheduling my self to review a manual (document) with 10 sections. I wanted to put this in a Gantt chart in MS project. I wanted to work on it for 3 hours a day ( out of 8 total work hours/day) so i was trying to assign a different calendar. I hope this clarifies a bit
