Well, as you know Enterprise Resource Planning is also know as ERP is a business management system that integrates all facets of the business, including planning, manufacturing, sales, and marketing. It is actually a process or approach which attempts to consolidate all of a company's departments and functions into a single computer system that services each department's specific needs. As the ERP methodology has become popular, the software company to come help ERP in economic activities such as inventory control, order tracking, customer service, finance and personnel.

Typically, an ERP system uses or is integrated with a relational database system. The deployment of an ERP system can involve considerable business
process analysis, employee retraining, and new work procedures. It is, in a sense, a convergence of people, hardware and software into an efficient production, service and delivery system that creates profit for the company.

I can say that the motto of ERP software solution is integral have different functions and activities in a seamless whole where the information needed for decision-making departments have shared, and the action taken by a department results will be conducted in the designated follow-up and down the line. It ensure that your employees can readily access the critical data, applications, and analytical tools they need to perform all their job functions efficiently and effectively while also supporting a shared-services organizational model for human resources, finances, and other key processes. ERP’s best hope for demonstrating value is as a sort of battering ram for improving the way your company takes a customer order and processes it into an invoice and revenue, otherwise known as the order fulfillment process.
