Missing forward and reply buttons in hotmail

I have account in hotmail, the problem is when i try to send or reply to the mail it won't allow.... the forward and reply buttons in hotmail are missing. What has happened and what is the solution?Can anyone help!!!

Did you check your panel setting in hotmail windows at right, left or turned off? After access your hotmail account you have the permission to modify that panel. You can modify this by clicking on Options and selecting your preferred reading pane setting.

If forward and reply buttons missing in hotmail then you need to enable secondary action bar in which all the three option or button Forward, Reply, and Reply all are accessible.To view these options, open your message or if you have enabled the reading pane settings, you can automatically view these options.
