Looks like trojan spreads badly in your computer so your windows file got infected so better to connect your hard disk as secondary on other computer with good and updated antivirus..

For that you need to restart your PC in safe mode, then try to run a full scan on your system. After that Click on start, click on run then type in msconfig and then press enter. Then go to the start up tab and uncheck everything except your anti virus,click ok and reboot.
