smc ez card 10/100 pci 1211 series driver needed

I have a secong hand bought computer and the internet does not work, whenever I try to open internet explorer it gives me an message "illlegal program" and then it shuts itself off. I think that my driver for the lan card is corrupted? So can anyone gimme a link for smc ez card 10/100 pci 1211 series driver for download? Thank you

If you have 2 Network cards on the host computer, you have to delete the IPX protocol on one of the cards. If you have an IPX protocol on both your Network Cards, they conflict. This WILL work. You just need the IPX protocol on one card.

You should uninstall the drivers for the SMC card. Then pull it and try to find out what model # it is. Then we can find the right drivers for it. The wrong drivers are most likely why it won't connect and you get the yellow light.
However I also found a link for your smc netcard here is a driver for it, but your gonna need to registar to get the driver.
