iMovie is great on Mac OS X, i don't if its available for Windows. To join WMA files try AimOne WMA Joiner .

WMA Joiner is an easy-to-use tool to join multiple WMA files into one larger WMA file. WMA Joiner used direct stream clone tech, so can join wma files without recompression that allows you to join wma files quickly and without reducing quality.
