Run task manager in windows xp

How to Run task manager in windows xp? I think i have screwed up my computer. I cannot run task manager on my Windows XP computer. I tried all ways to do that but i cannot find why i cannot run it. Please help me. I have Windows XP SP2.

Try to run task manager from command prompt :

• Go to Start Menu > Run
• Type cmd and press Enter
• Type "taskmgr" without quotes press Enter

This should bring up the task manager.

Instead going to the command prompt, directly write taskmgr in the run dialog box and this will do too...
