Maximum number of reclaimable bytes are 0?

I'm trying to partition my hard drive to dual boot xp and vista but when I try to partition the hard drive the maximum number of reclaimable bytes is 0 but i have like 150gb free.So I can't partition it. Any solutions? I've tried 3rd party partitioners and diskpart.

It seems that your system is actually showing you, the hard-disk is full and hence showing you maximum number of reclaimable bytes are 0. I think you should try FDisk /mbr. It seems to be one possible solution.
