Need Help w/ Easy Backup Wizard

hey there about only showing pioneer dvd If in windows xp press start, click on My computer, click on local disc, clickon program files, click on giga publishing, click on easy backup wizard, click on easy backup wizard with blue circle,click on options in upper left corner, click on devices, click on rescan. you should get your dvd recorder. some of these clicks will require double clicking

i have this same problem but how do i fix it windows vista? please help

hi all i also have problums like that i got easy backup wizard 5 days ago fome the website (http://www.easybackupwizard.com) i have tryed to back up my bionic commando for xbox 360 all it seems to back up is 151mb witch is not the game it just comes up as dvd could u please help me i have tryed to email them and got no reply many thanks

okay thanks. i got it now.
but now i have a new problem. all that is being copied is the thing where it says "To play this disc, put it in an Xbox 360 console."
So when i put the new copied disc in my xbox 360, it plays as a DVD and this comes up. I cant get anywhere from here. I also have DVD controls.
im obviously doing something wrong, can anybody help on this?

ok i just bought the program and this is the only problem ive gotten.... how do i fix it so my xbox 360 reads the disc

Unfortunately Easy Backup, nor any other software - program will backup 360 games. You have to do it using hardware. There probably is software out there somewhere but so far I haven't found it. Don't believe their fancy ad about backing up xbox 360 and everything else. You could call it false advertising because it will not backup 360 games.
