    Best free software to offer remote assistance

    Which is the Best free software to offer remote assistance to a friend or a group of friend of mine? I have some more knowledge about computers and there are times my friends need help. I want to know which software is best to provide free remote assistance... Please help guys! Thanks!

    Just Enable remote desktop from the remote computer and use it for remote assistance. Well you will need to enable the remote assistance invitation from the remote computer. Then connect from your computer to your friend's computer. Done... The best and free solution...

    I guess you have not tried Team Viewer. Download Team Viewer and while installation select non-commercial/free version and use it. Its simple to use. All the best...
