How to remove internet explorer 8 spyware ?

I use anti - spyware for surfing on internet. last week i updated from IE7 to IE8. But now i am facing spyware problems. when i click on ie8. one page opens along with that some porn site page. That page appears when i open new tabs . What should i do friends now to remove spyware ?
