What is sqlmangr.exe in Windows startup ?

What is sqlmangr.exe in windows start up is this Virus ? I found a file name sqlmngr.exe in the startup the link is c:\windows\sqlmngr.exe. Is it necessary to keep it in startup ?

Known file sizes on Windows XP are 74308 bytes , 81920 bytes, 69632 bytes, 110592 bytes. It's a valid program but it is not required to run on startup. It is advised that you disable this program so that it does not take up necessary resources.
