How to change default Author's Name in PowerPoint

hello friends,

I am using Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 to prepare the presentation files. But PowerPoint stores the default author's name inside presentation files. I want to change the name of the author of the presentation in PowerPoint. Is it possible to modify default author's name in PowerPoint ? How ?

First,

• Load a PowerPoint presentation.
• Select File >> Properties >> click on Summary tab.
• Hover mouse pointer over a PowerPoint presentation in Explorer.
• The default name of the author should appear.

To change the default author's name, do the following:

1. Open PowerPoint, select Tools >> Options.
2. When the "Options" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click on General tab.
3. Underneath User information, type in the desired Name and Initials.
4. Click OK to close the dialog box.

To change default Author's Name in PowerPoint,

• choose Tools -- Macro -- Microsoft Script Editor.
• In the project explorer, click the slide that hosts the comment you want to change.
• Then, use Ctrl+F to open up the search dialog and search on "Author".
• Here, you will be allowed to edit or modify the required fields.
• Repeat for each comment and repeat for each slide.
