Windows server 2008 enterprise hyper-v licensing

I have windows server 2008 enterprise version on a virtualized platform using hyper-v. I need help on licensing. Can anyone help me with it? i want to know What are the licensing considerations in a virtual machine environment? Please help! Thanks in advance!
