itunes wont work

hello everyone,

im having problems running itunes in my pc, it loads and disappears after 5 second, i have win xp sp2 256 ram and im trying to run the latest version of itunes.

any suggestions?

I think that itunes should work with 256 mb ram but have you thought of increasing the ram for better performance. But in any case I would suspect it might be a virus issue, so start scanning your pc with any antivirus. Also have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the itunes software again. Did itunes used to run fine prior to this problem?

try to increase your virtual memory

go to my computer property > advance > setting > advance > change > now here change both value to 1000 and click to set > ok > apply .make sure your log in as administrator . another problem can be quick time player or its codecs just uninstall application like klite or the recent application that you have installed then reinstall itune again
