Create ringtone with audigy

hi
i want to create some ringtone from my mp3 song my friend refer me name audigy ringtone editor can any one provide me link to download it also please tell me how to import files from iTunes?

Convert the MP4/M4A files to WAV or AIFF in iTunes,.

1. select Edit > Preferences
2. select on the leftmost General tab
3. select the Import Settings half way down on the right
4. In the Import Using dropdown, choose WAV Encoder or AIFF Encoder
5. select OK
6. Right-click the file you want to convert > Create WAV version
7. Right-click the converted file, click Get Info, and check the location of the file at Where

Then import the converted files into Audacity normally from the location stated in iTunes.
