Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close

I have been using internet explorer and it has not given me too much trouble but now it has started doing that. Everytime i close any one window Of internet explorer, i would get the error "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close" and when i click close, all the windows of internet explorer will close. Can anyone help me?

I think you getting this error when any add-on is being used. Try to disable all the available add-ons and plugins and try to surf using internet explorer for a longer time. If you don't get the error, keep trying this by enabling the plugins one by one to short list the buggy add-on or plugin. All the best!

I think internet explorer is buggy since the IE7 is out.. You must take a look at this microsoft's arcticles before you come to any conclusions :

Try cleaning the temporary files and folders from the two folders by typing the following in run:

temp

Delete folders and files in there then Run :

%temp%

delete folders and files here then go one folder on the upper level and go to the folder named Temporary Internet Files. Clean the files and folders there too... reboot your PC and try surfing on Internet Explorer and see if you get same error...
