    Send email using Office Publisher

I am having Microsoft Office 2007. I would like to send an email using Publisher. The problem is that I am unable to send it via Publisher. Every time I try I get an error message asking me to check the network connection. But everything seems to be fine. I can surf Internet without any problem. Can you help me in my problem? Can you guide me how to send the email via Publisher?

You can use Publisher to design and send professional-looking e-mail messages in any of the following ways:
    • Reuse your existing content by sending a single page from a publication as an e-mail message.
    • Start with one of the Publisher E-mail Wizards, which provide pre-designed e-mail publications.
    • Start with a blank page and design an e-mail publication from scratch.

Creating and sending e-mail with Publisher involves three steps:

    1. Select the e-mail delivery method (as an e-mail message or as an attachment).
    2. Create your e-mail publication.
    3. Preview and send your e-mail publication.

Refer this guide for more information: Create your e-mail using Office Publisher

The problem is that most of the email gets messed up when you forward it using Microsoft Publisher. It completely depends on the recipient if he has installed Publisher. It also depends if the recipient is having some different Publisher version. So, its better to save the email in doc or pdf format and then attach that file to your email.

Re: Send email using Office Publisher

No matter how you create the publication in Office Publisher 2007, you can insert a personalized note for each recipient by creating an e-mail merge. Create an e-mail merge when you want to send a large number of messages that are mostly identical but you also want to include some unique information in each message.

Otherwise Office Publisher 2007 also includes many designs for attractive, high-impact e-mail publications that you can easily send as messages. The e-mail publication types include newsletters, letters, event notices, and product lists. For each of these e-mail publication types, you can choose from among 45 master designs to create e-mail that is consistent with the other business communications and marketing materials that you create in Office Publisher 2007. You can then customize your e-mail publication by replacing the placeholder text and graphics with your own content.
