Import outlook contacts in live mail

How to import your Contacts from Outlook into your Windows Live Mail account? Can anyone help me out with this!? I have never used Windows Live Mail and even outlook express is new for me..! Just started using it some weeks back! Any help would be appreciated...

You will first need to export the contacts from outlook so that you can import them into Windows Live Mail. To export the Outlook contacts :
Go to contacts and from the tools select export contacts. Select a proper format and you are done...!

You can do this too :

• Open Windows Live Mail
• Go to contacts and click "Import Outlook or Outlook Express Contacts"
• Type your Live ID
• Select the contacts you don't wish to import
• On the next windows you will see the contacts imported
