    pdn20.dll for Vista

    Hi,
    I'm using Palm Desktop version 3.0.0 and whenever i start this it notifies me that pdn20.dll is missing. How can i get it back?

    You can sync with the palm desktop in other ways also , What you need to do is, go to Start -> programs ->palm -> folder PIM Conduit Sync. Click on the PIM folder, and it gives you the options to sync with the Palm Desktop or with Outlook.

    http://www.palm.com/us/support/palmdesktop.html download the application again and reinstall it. This is the easiest way to resolve this issue.

    Keep the following points in mind while reinstalling the palm desktop application.

    • You have to be signed into the machine as administrator or have admin rights when you install the Palm software .
    • Outlook has to be connected to the network
