Try cleaning each karaoke CD with a clean, dry, lint free cloth. Grasp a CD by the edges of the disk. Use a straight sweeping motion from the center of the disk to the outer edge. Dirt and fingerprints on CDs can cause skipping. If nothing works then I guess your cd will be irreparable.

You may use cd recovery tool to retrieve data from your corrupted file, even though its name is to recover from CD it also support DVD and Blue ray Disc, Insert damaged disk into drive, and Choose the ones you want to recover and click next. The process can be very slow mind you so just be patient. It will do all the recovery for you, once it has recover all the data just copy paste that data to the safe storage place. and it will support most of the data extension file, so you may also retrieve your SCD+G formated data.

Sorry Buddy , It Might Be Not Possible to Recover it , as the Flow of Information is Breaked , and Even a Minor Change in the Binary Data of 01010 , Would Lead to ImProper Reading of it , So Generally , Computer Reject This Kinds of this Disc , Well Nothing Goes in Trying You Can It on Your Computer if it Reads it You Are Lucky

CD Recovery Toolbox is free utility the is designed to get data from almost any damaged or corrupt DVD or CD. This program is tenacious it will work hard even if Windows won’t read the contents of the disk. It’s just a matter of time but there’s a good chance CD Recovery Toolbox will find and recover some of the missing files.

The recovery of your data depend upon the broken part. If the broken part is in the starting point of the inner circle then it quiet impossible. Because the area contains file allocation tables. But on the contrary if the same thing is on the outer part at the edge then the data can be recovered. Put a label on the crack part and insert it in the cd drive. Now use ISO Buster. It a powerful tool to extract data from like disc corrupted during burning process or scratches, etc. Also broken disc can damage the cd drive.
