error in firefox [HELP]

hi all

i use ubuntu on my lap-top, and use firefox browser, later i have add some plug. and styles

when i restart the firefox; to active the styles, the firefox desn`t do any thing (just view blank white page) and i cant do any thing

i think that the problem in the new plug and styles

Which version of firefox you are using? may be plugins are not compatible with the version of firefox. Is they were working fine before? Why don't you try re installation .

Hey why don't you just disable those plugins?
If you can not disable the firefox plugins then just uninstall the firefox application & install it again.

you will have to integrate it with the filesystem so that it launches properly and uses the right multimedia plugins, and you'll also have to do manual security updates.

first thing check for the source that you are downloading from just download from Firefox site then use Firefox version greater than 2.0 as most of plugins are compatible with new versions.

i have firefox 3.0.10

i cant de-active the plug because: i cant do any thing in the browser, i just see white blank page

goto Tools> Add-ons > Then you can see installed plugins. first unstall plugin and check browser again.

I think it is a bug with the firefox , Most of the time it happen when you upgraded machines (i.e. Breezy->Dapper).
