    Re: Delete files in msconfig

    Start/Run/'regedit'.

    • "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Shared Tools \ MSConfig \ startupfolder"
    • "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Shared Tools \ MSConfig \ startupreg"

Right-click on the selected key and select delete.
Close the Registry Editor, and then check the change from MSConfig.

Start menu>Run>msconfig>OK>startup. Uncheck the startup items you don't want.

I will advice you to download Spybot S&D. It will help you in advanced options for the startup items. It also provides info on some of the things . And you can delete things using this .
