Shows blurry photos on Windows Xp

I'm running Windows Xp as my operating system. The problem is that when i try to view or open any pictures in Windows picture and Fax viewer, i can see all blurry pictures on my system. It get more worst when i try to zoom out any particular picture on my pc. The quality of the picture becomes poor due to the pixel problem. Now, can any body tell me that what can i do to get rid of the above problem? Kindly provide me the proper solution for the above issue.

As nothing can be done with blurry photos, because the original photos seems to be blurred one. I think you can try out Gimp as an alternative to Photoshop, as it is free and powerful with many similar filters as you can find in Photoshop.

ImageXtender is a unique free application that teaches your Windows XP image viewer to understand more than 200 image formats. This is the first program to display such outdated formats as *.msp, *.gem together with really rare ones, such as *.cals, *.dpx.

Use ImageXtender to forget about problems with images produced by your digital photo camera or mobile phone, and with steep learning curves of other programs, too. Besides the fact that ImageXtender is free, you will save on not having to use several commercial applications designed for viewing special image formats.
