You can create a field that links to the location of the saved photo. If you then create a form based on the table with that field, you can insert an icon that is "clickable" and will show you the photo.
You may want to search for "Microsoft Office Document Imaging" within an Office application.
Scanning creates a "picture" type output. Now the entire document may be saved as an image type document in a ole object field. Now as far as breaking it down into usable text and send the associated values to corresponding fields - well I just don't know. Access can do it by itself. You would need some sort of OCR type program?
