How to make a DVD multi region

I bought some DVD's from my native place few day before. When insert the disc in my computer to copy it it giving an RCE error. What is a RCE error. I tried to change the region by going in the device manager then selecting my DVD drive. Still things wont work. It there a way to make it all region dvd so that i can copy it anywhere i want.

The DVD region codes are called DRM scheme. The discs are encoded with a region code. Each region has different code. This restrict the DVD to play in the different region. Without region code they are called multi region discs or 0 discs. This is done in order to regulate the prices of disc in multiple area. It is embedded with a rce protection code so that it can be read in the specified region only. Many DVD players are or can be modified to be region-free, allowing playback of all discs.

You can remove the region code by DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0. Download it and install it and follow the steps :

1. Run DVDDecrypter.
2. Go to Mode select File.
3. Minimize it.
4. Now whenever you will insert a dvd you get a information of which region it belongs.
