MSN error code 8e5e05f6

Hello,
I have problem with MSN live messenger. When i try to sign in i get "error code 8e5e05f6" I cannot sign in to messenger any more. How to solve this error? Can anyone help?

Exit the messenger completely by right clicking on the tray icon for messenger and click exit. Clear the Check for server certificate revocation option in

• Internet Explorer:
• Open Internet Explorer
• Click on Tools menu
• Go to Internet Options
• Click on Advanced tab
• Uncheck the Check for Server certificate revocation (requires restart) check box under Security section
• Click OK

Try signing in to MSN messenger again.

Uninstall the MSN messenger from Control PAnel -> Add or Remove Programs and reinstall it. If you cannot reinstall it, then try this. Delete the cache files for Messenger from Start -> Run -> cmd -> Command Prompt and then type by pressing Enter after each of following:

cd\
cd %appdata%\microsoft
cd "msn messenger"
del /s listcache.dat

Also check the antivirus and firewall is not blocking the MSN messenger and disable it for the time being. Try signing in to messenger again.

Try to repair MSN messenger by following steps and try to sign in again:

• Click on Start
• Then click on Control Panel
• Double click on Add or Remove Programs
• Select Windows Live Messenger
• Click the Repair button
• Close the window
