msinfo32.exe not displaying the information on the system

msinfo32.exe opens on the home page help & support instead of displaying the information on the system. The files are there and I did not happen on my 2 other PCs equipped with XP Pro SP3. A virus could do this but the scans are negative. My research on Google has produced nothing.

There are three keys in the BDR:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Shared Tools (OK)
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Shared Tools \ MSInfo (OK) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion
under the key \ App Paths \ msinfo32.exe no.

    and C: \ Windows \ PCHealth \ helppctr \ OfflineCache is empty.

Can anyone know whats the problem ?

    Thanks

Error: Unable to collect the information. Access denied to server infrastructure management for Windows computer. An administrator has changed the access permissions, check that the service is started.

    - In Start / Run ... (or Windows + R), enter services.msc

    - In the right pane, double-click on the entry. Infrastructure Management Windows and verify that the Startup type is set to Automatic, otherwise modify and test.

Re: msinfo32.exe not displaying the information on the system

If the previous tracks did not work, try the following relocation by testing between each stage:

    1. Reregister of msinfo.dll: by Start / Run ... enter regsvr32 "C: \ WINDOWS \ PCHealth \ HelpCtr \ Binaries \ msinfo.dll"

Note: Change if needed the drive letter and respect quotes.

    2. Reinstall msinfo32: In Windows Explorer, right click on the file WINDOWS \ inf \ msinfo32.inf and choose Install. Expect the CD to install XP.

    3. Restore the functionality of the Help and Support: Use the script fixwinxp_aide_support.vbs (guaranteed no virus say whatever anti-virus).

    4. Correct the effects of a registry cleaner: If the problem occurs after cleaning the registry, restoring the keys and values using the backup when cleaning or using a restore point to return to the configuration prior to cleaning.
