I am having a genuine problem with my outlook express is that i am sending to a client & he keeps on complaining me for sending the same email for again & again over it. Is there any way to get out of it.

This is an issue with the older version of Outlook Express. A corrupted message stuck in your Mailbox on our server will cause Outlook Express to hang or keep downloading the same message. Login to your Web Mail and delete all of the suspicious messages. Also try to upgrade your Outlook Express.

Follow the following steps to solve the problem :
- Create a new pst-file; File-> New-> Outlook Data Fileā¦
- Set this pst-file as your default delivery location in your Account settings; Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> button Next
- When you now restart Outlook your original pst-file will show up as the secondary set of folders where should easily be able to remove the file from or even the complete Outbox folder
- Set the original pst-file as the default delivery location again and restart Outlook; the Outbox folder will be recreated and will be empty.
I corrected this problem on a machine that was running Outlook Express. I just deleted the outbox.dbx from C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Identities\{identity folder}\outbox.dbx. The problem here though is that you areusing Outlook 2k3 which stores everything in a PST file. Try running Tools >> Options >> Mail Setup >> Data Files highlight the file that is your Personal Folders (the comment should say "Mail delivery location" and then click Settings >> Compact Now.
