Need advanced FTP client software

I would like to upload some files on my websites. So for that i'm looking for an advanced FTP client software which can help me to upload my files easily on the websites. It should be secured and powerful file transfer solution. It should also have the total control and security as far as a good software needs to be. Can any body suggest me that which is the best recommended advanced FTP client software which can help me to do so ? Does any body knows about it? Kindly suggest me your views on the above issue.
