Cannot Start Dreamweaver

Hello , I have Windows Vista Home edtion Installed in my Pc and I have Also installed dreamweaver CS4 but I am Having a problem a With , the problem is that when i try To start it by Double Clicking it exe file , Dreamweaver Does not Start and it gives the following error message that

"Could not locate the Resources file in the Configuration folder. This file is required to run Dreamweaver please reinstall the application. "

please Tell me How Can I Solve this Problem Thanks in Advance for Your Replies

I Read this From Adobe Site

Some Windows 2000 and XP users with NVIDIA GeForce or TNT graphics cards
experience the error "Could not locate the Resources file in the
Configuration folder. This file is required to run Dreamweaver. Please
reinstall the application." when attempting to run Dreamweaver after
installation.

Note: The NVIDIA conflict can also be resolved by installing the latest
Detonator driver, dated 4/26/02 or later

Hello , You Can Solve This By Reinstalling the Adobe Software and by choosing 'English/International in language options during setup rather than 'English/US' Hope this helps

Download Language file en_Us and paste this folder to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4
