With 1Click backup, you can now take backup of your important files, folders, emails, Address Book, Internet Explorer Settings and lot more with just ONE CLICK. The application has friendly interface and even a novice user can take backup efficiently. It provides you with two main backup options 'Backup Now' to take backup of commonly used items like My Documents, Outlook Express Mails, Favorites, Internet Explorer Settings and Address Book. Or, you can customize your backup task to only take backup of your selected items.

1Click Backup provides you with an Archive feature to maintain a list of your saved backup tasks. You just need to select the backup task from the list and 1Click Backup automatically updates backup files given in that particular backup task. The application also permits user to take backup on your local system or in LAN or any remote ftp server. To facilitate convenience, 1Click Backup provides you 100 MB of free space on 1Click Backup server so that you can protect your data from system crash or illegal access. 1Click Backup also supports storage on external devices like floppy or CD etc. It takes care of your data while taking backup by splitting it into packets, if data is large enough to come in a single floppy. Restore data from backup list is as easy task as taking backup. You just need to select backup task from the list and click on Restore option to restore your important data. You can restore the full backup list or a section of your backup list depending upon your requirements.

Backup4all Standard is an award-winning backup program for Windows. Backup4all Standard protects your valuable data from partial or total loss by automating backup tasks, password protecting and compressing it to save storage space. Using Backup4all Standard you can easily backup to any local or network drive, backup to CD/DVD/Blu-ray, or other removable media (such as USB drives).

Backup4all Standard can backup open/locked files and it can perform full, differential, and mirror backups. When defining a backup you can also set file filters and schedule the backup for automatic execution. Once a backup is performed, you can see what files have been changed since the last backup or you can read the statistics about the next backup execution. You can use the context menu from the tree to run standard actions associated with the file type.

    Follow the below steps mentioned.

    1. From the Start menu, click Control Panel, and then select System.

    2. Click Advanced System Settings.

    3. Under "User Profiles", click Settings.

    4. Select the profile you want to copy.

    5. Click Copy to, and then enter the name of, or browse to, the profile you want to overwrite. This will usually be in C:\Users\username, where username is the name of the profile to which you are copying.

    6. Click Permitted to use, and then add all user accounts to which you want to give full profile control. Click OK.

    That's it.
