want to upgrade Dell Inspiron 5000e ram

Hi All!

I am using Dell inprison laptop 5000e & wanted to upgrade it to 512 MB RAM. It was necessary for me to ugrade for some softwares to run on it. the problem i am facing after upgrading is it hangs up & i need to restart directly from the switch.

Can anyone provide me the solution...??

You can check your memory by memtest software.

if it shows anything error it might be problem with the RAM try replacing it!
