Access Denied in CMD

I wanna pull a little end of the year prank , with CMD, but my skool blocked it. Not only that, they disabled the 'Run' function, and I cannot save .bat files. How do I get into CMD?!

I am a student; I do not have access to an admin account
Is there a way I can make myself an admin?

without knowing the admin password you cant.

You are not an admin on this computer then the admin may have edited the accessibilty priveledges of your system to not include non power users for terminals and servers,etc you can try under accessibility option or under local policies in administrative tools and go through it, i think there is something about accessing these types of .exe's

I could sneak onto my teacher's PC, she leaves it logged on all the time... I'll mess around, thx... what I really wanted to do was change my account or someone else's account to a system account, maybe crash the network or reset all passwords.... im graduating this year, i dont have much to worry about...
