How to convert file .RAM to Wav

Hello everyone,

for a video I downloaded a generic internet news that I was in the file. ram. The problem is that Windows Movie Maker does not recognize this file type.
I of course do research with the help of our friend Google on how to do this conversion and I found some explanation, but the little hitch in the matter is that once the conversion is complete it keeps me only the sound off I want to have the sound + video.
