Need to uninstall GrooveMonitor.exe

I am Windows user, Whenever i open task manager, i use to GrooveMonitor.exe running there. Can any one make me know what is that and how can i remove or uninstall it from my system ?

GrooveMonitor is a service utility that get installed when you install the Microsoft office, it tracks groove behavour and creates reports for error and report it to Microsoft. You can remove it by some simple steps:-

Type msconfig in Run box and uncheck the GrooveMonitor.exe process from the startup list or you can delete the entry from HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.

You can also remove GrooveMonitor manually by going to have to go to Add/Remove programs in your Control Panel. Select GrooveMonitor and uninstall.
