iWorks'08 and PPS PowerPoint

i have severals of windows file with extension .pps. i want to open that my friend suggest me to install iWork 08 for that ,Someone could tell me if the new iWork'08 opens and reads the PPS Powerpoint ?

In any case, It opens without problem. as iWorks08 support .pps format very well you need not to worry and get your iWorks08

i think check for you source file may that cause create problem else i dont seems any trouble
