Error during installing a Bluetooth

Hello,

My pc does not have bluetooth so I buy a software installation that comes with buetooth usb key . I encounter a problem during the installation progress bar stops when the pc have to install the "modern bluetooth" may be this is a problem with the program installation installshield or something else?

Hi

You can try to install in "Safe mode" . Uninstall all what has been done already, then use CCleaner and try the proper re-installation

If it does not work, Try to install in "Safe Mode"

Usually, you need / should installed the drivers prior to connecting the device. You will now have to manually "uninstall" the bluethooth device "setting" from Device Manager and then start the install again.
